  • Transitioned department from an unmanaged environment to a secure, managed system including comprehensive security, backup and support
  • Implemented enterprise-wide IT management, including disaster recovery and the integration of several existing incompatible systems
  • Developed software licensing guidelines and conducted an extensive review of existing software, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies
  • Integrated and redeveloped the College web presence, enabling per-unit web authoring
